Palndwig is another of my old characters from around 1989-90. ( Great name, I know ). I think he was my answer to the Ninja Turtles' Rat King. He was one of the " bad guys " that Ralph used to... uhh... run from and shoot at. He, like Gibben, seems to wear a shirt made of the finest.... hair. I of course tweaked him here & there to make him look more... hip for today's generation. He looks friggin' pathetic. Somebody put a bullet in him. ( I kid with love ). :D
