Ugh! what is that noise!? thats not my alarm clock! oh it's ANOTHER dove chick! another beak to feed! BUT OMFG SO CUTE!!! so yeah ive been removing &/or hard-boiling the dove eggs once theyre freshly laid so the doves can still brood something but not have another baby. as cute as it is, i just cant afford another one! ;v;' & well... i decided to pick up & scrub the cage a bit.. i removed a dove from the brooding nest area & apparently 6 days ago i found a tablespoon of pink cuteness on top of the mountain of eggs! removed all the eggs but 1 extra so just in case of another hatchling accident theyd still have somethin to brood- but ill remove it once the chick gets big enough.

the chick is white. light pink on day 0 with see-through eyes & no 'dirty/dark spots'. the baby is only a week old & already peepin' up a storm! SO VOCAL, THIS ONE!!! i have videos of them on my YouTube Channel here. Enjoy!
