Sammy's youngest first cousin, Pippin Wise. Pippin is 13, and the son of Sammy's annoying and homophobic paternal uncle, Legolas. Pippin produces a lot of pollen during Spring, and can be seen walking around with a yellowish cloud over his head until around mid-March.
Pippin is the reason that Sammy didn't get his Gracidea's Flower until he was 15. Pippin got his in early childhood, and it caused him to develop something of a split personality. While Pippin's normal forme is shy and unassuming, his Sky Forme is brash and confident. You'd never know they were the same Shaymin. Pippin has an older brother named Merry, who is 17.
