Here's a sketch of my character Damien.
He used to have very long ears, but he kept injuring them, then picking at them. Then picking at them some more, so they're all tattered and torn. His teeth are all snaggly too, because they grow their teeth like sharks do, and his new teeth are pushing his old ones out at funny angles. He probably sounds funny when he talks too.
He's got quite an ego and thinks he's "special" and "better" than most people, which leads to a complete disconnect with reality. Also he sees dead people and tries to eat them.
I was really inspired by the character souichi from junji ito's works.
