I'd like yo know how magic works in Lesser's world. How did he learn his trade? What are the principles and requirements for spell casting?

On a side note ice happens to be a personal favorite element of mine as well.

Ah! Conjuror has been a very confusing title to me, since he never really seemed to... Well, 'conjure' things. But having it be a title given by people that might not like him enough to be accurate about such things explains a lot.

What defines a 'mage', as compared to, say a sorcerer anyways?

Mages and priests dont have own power (most usually). Also, "mage" is more a title, a function. Mages are scholars, they live and work in magical academies and have strong political position.

So their power is based on something external, like possibly a deity for a priest. Interesting to hear, I love this kind of stuff.
