A friend and I have been redrawing old characters and forms and stuff. As a short-term goal we decided to take one of our old characters and draw them again, I chose Kathy for mine, she was an old Birdo character. Though she didn't have the dress, I added it to her so she'd be less boring or something lol
I like how it came out though! I'll likely finish this soon after getting a few more things done.

This is what most of my sketches look like before I put in the lines! They're usually a mess of colors because I abuse MS Paint's ability of color replacement using the eraser tool to act kind of like multiple layers even though it's on a single later X3
