Yeah, like...drawing this, I kind of pictured him experiencing his first Mega Evolution and having very mixed feelings about it, probably due to the abruptness and the odd sensation of feeling...well, stronger. Considering the theory is that part of the evolution happens during battle, maybe he lost control of himself and only after he defeated his opponent could he be conscious enough to see himself for the very first time.

Or something.

That or he nearly died (again) and the evolution triggered to bring him back and help him survive... and now that the dangers passed he's finally realizing what's happened to him =3
