A lieutenant of the Pandaccino crime family, 'Slug-face Sammy' can commonly be seen hijacking vehicles of all types as often as he is seen snacking on pastrami sandwiches. Remarkably horrible with words, he relies on his baseball bat to do the talking on most occasions as his italian accent is hard to understand. If you have seen this rat, forgetaboutit. Its not worth the trouble to go after him.
