Another version of this, only I found this much more recent reference (though still a WIP) for their coloration.
Yes, I know Jay is supposed to be older and stuff. Maybe this is a what-if picture, asking, "what if they were both babies at the same time?" Maybe there was some FOY water involved. Maybe this is an alternate dimension. Maybe I don't care because it's CUTE. :)
I know Zinky's hair is supposed to be more mohawky, so maybe I should redo that too. I dunno.
Edit: Zinky and Jay aren't leaving forever, and Zinky's requested (in this journal) that everyone take down anything negative about the people involved. I am honoring that request. My apologies to anyone whose comments I have hidden.

I'm not certain either. It would be pretty hard for them to enforce, if so. At that point I have to think lawyerishly. The dA admins don't have independent direct access to IM logs or phone logs, only to their own database. Anybody who claimed they'd been contacted outside of dA would have to present evidence of this, not just their say-so, and such evidence could be faked. If I were dA, I'd have some kind of clause like "dA cannot be held responsible for the activities of users on other sites, even if they also have accounts on dA."
