Yes, I got the extra breasts a few months after conception. In all technicality though, my arms and breasts are not genetic, so Flor didn't so much inherit the arms as shi got them in a flook transporter accident early in development. Hir arms are genetic though, and will likely pass on. Neither of them will have extra breasts unless they decide to have them grown the same way I did.
