Anybody going to BronyCon 2013 in Baltimore, MD this forthcoming August 2nd thru the 4th? If so, look for me to be there with my son and a good friend bearing this special badge!
This was fun to make and makes me even more appreciative of Tacki having taken the time to make an Equestrian version of Yosh. After all, in Equestria, there appears to be no dinosaurs. As such, Yosh must be a Dragon-Duck. Notice the variations in his spikes?

I'm glad you think so, Zoomer. I'm super-duper excited to wear it about the Con. Makes me wonder how many others out there truly have an OC Dragon as opposed to an OC Pony...? :)
Though, *giggles* I have both as, in Pony World, Dragons make great assistants to ponies. Yosh's is Dawnbreak Horizon. I have a pic I'll bring of him to the Con, too. :) *Pamper scampers* Such fun!

After all we've shared together, and our mutual friends, I do agree it would be totally epic to have an opportunity to meet you, Lucca.
For me, BronyCon is really only possible as it is just 2 hours away from where I live. Found a great, new friend who can drive to whom, like me and my son, will be his first convention. I am paying for the hotel so we can be right by the convention center so that I don't have to worry about cane traveling with a 6 year old through a city I'm not familiar with.
So happy they offer discounts to attendees, though. I'm saving $160 just for being a BronyCon attendee! The hotel that is most convenient for me, my son, and my friend is normally $210 a night! Sure $300 is a lot to play, on top of convention fees, but this is the only one I will attend and the memories I hope to bring back, including autographed art done by Tacki and 
Boom will be priceless!
*Crinklehugs* I do hope we can still have fun conversations here-and-there, Lucca. I do think of you and how you all are doing down there. May you stay as happy and crinkly as possible. My best regards to Uno, too!

It'd be nice to meet everyone I've gotten to know here at BronyCon. Though, it is a tough thing being that is in one city within the United States and, like any Con, requires a fair amount of funds and time to attend.
Perhaps we'll meet some other place someday? It's always a pleasure to share words both OL and IRL.

Thank you, Kaffre. *Kittysnugs* I do hope to bring back lots of good memories from BronyCon. Spending time with my son will be most epic, too! A father-son experience like this will last a lifetime!
It's super cool, too, how my son also now has his own, Con badge! I may post it here, but more than likely I will share it on FaceBook as I try to keep my son separate from a world that my wife wants to really keep him away from. Maybe, if one day he finds and likes FA on his own, life will be fine. But, until then, I do all I can to try and just mention him generically here for his safety. Ultimate goal is a happy family and a happy family I will always strive for. :)

I'm sadly only going to go to the next Bronycon in Vancouver, Canada. You see, I live in Seattle, so Baltimore really isn't an option.
I wish I could go, though! I really do! It would be so fun to meet people from here, including you, Yosh!

Thank you very much! Considering your location, I would certainly agree it would be a long, and expensive, drive for you to reach BronyCon. I'll do my best to bring back some meaningful memories to post and share

You will also be able to find some really cool pony merch that relates with who I believe is your favoite pony, Vinyl Scratch. :)
I'vehard of another Brony convention that, I think, is up that way. "Everfree Northwest". Is that one a viable convention for you and/or some friends to attend?

My son really loves Vinyl, too. I'm hoping to find him some fun swag at BronyCon.
As we are getting a Season 4, it would be nice to see more Vinyl. Perhaps an episode focused on music with her and Octavia preparing a concert to welcome Princess Celestia? That could be fun. :)

<LoL!> Yosh actually started out as just a Yoshi with a Duck beak. However, as I developed his character with all my friends here, he became more his own and is considered both a "Dino / Duck" and a "Yoshi / Duck". In this form, though, he is a "Dragon / Duck" for we know of no dinosaurs to exist in Friendship is Magic. So, Yosh goes dragon.
Another quick, fun fact is that the name is actually derived initially from a book you could buy for your pet to read on Neopets. This book being "Scorch E O". Up to before I joined FA, I was always "Yoshi Ducky". As I was nervous joining FA, I wanted something different and, as a result, turned "Scorch E O" into "Yosh E O" This, as you know, soon became "Yosh E. O'Ducky". :)
The border is actually just a rubber badge I got from Staples. Looks cool, huh? I think it accents Tacki's work perfectly. :)
