You saw Jeris during my Skinny Dipping Picture. Now you learn a little bit more about him. He comes from the other dimension where all the occupants are babies and worship art. He is the leader of the resistance against the censors and stumbles into Takoda's dimension. He tells her about the situation and takes her back, where he accidentally transforms her into a baby herself. He and her eventually develop a love interest later in the storyline. He also has a brother named Sachiel.
