Lucky number 13 goes to this really cool umbreon I saw Thursday night. Never saw either this one or the lucario in the background after that, unfortunately. (I missed the parade, so if they were in it I didn't see it.)

Again, I'd have preferred to not have unsuited folks in the pic, and the lighting was off pretty notably in this one. Still, it's as good as my pictures of this one got, so it stays.
