Though quite happy with the new array of species they added to the Animal Crossing games, I was a little sad that there were no spiders. My mind settled on that idea and out popped a teeny fuzzy little mexican red knee tarantula that was just so sweet I HAD to draw her.

Her house has the lovely wallpaper and lovely floor, giving her a pink themed room with all her furniture coming from the bug set. She has a love of collecting butterflies and will often send you on tasks to gather specific species of fluttering lovelies that she will display around her room. She hates fish. Even showing off one when she is close by will make her shudder and mope for a few moments. She is also rather shy and probably won't say very much around you until you get to know her better.

Props to my coworker for the name. I was wracking my brain over trying to feminize 'arachnid' when she took the simple direct route that the game probably would have taken. >_<
I felt a little like a moron for not thinking of it myself.
