This delicate and dainty dish is from the kitchens (tutorial kitchen) of

This is bratwurst, veal loin, pork loin, and sweetbreads all in a puff pastry basket. I thought it was really yummy. it needed more pepper though. I love pepper.
Pork and veal tenderloin sautéed with onions and mushrooms also with bratwurst and sweetbreads.
Veal stock is added and reduced to make thick sauce.
The basket is made with store bought puff pastry, cut out 2 circle and one circle should have a doughnut hole in it.
The ring of dough goes over the whole piece and is baked to let it rise.
The center of the pastry needs to be poked with a fork before baking and don't forget to egg wash the dough.
