Delectable duck to delight in from the kitchens (tutorial kitchen) of

potato cake, duck liver and duck breast over sautéed endives. ahh yeaa..it just needed a lil more salt...on everything.
The duck was roasted.
the endives were sautéed with some red wine vinegar.
the potato cake was shallow fried.
the duck liver was diced and sautéed in olive oil.
