hehe. well ricer 1.9l. almost 2.0. hehe. its better from acouple steps back. theres layers of paint causing it to crack and split. hehe. your paint job is prolly better then mine. hehe. i just painted the green/yellow. a friend did the rest.

Paint on my Jeep is in two layers, half of the top layer is bubbling and some of it is even falling off. I call it the MAACO special, because they didn't put hardener in the paint and refused to fix it properly

wow. a friend of mine had a jeep cherokee sport that his dad i think went to maaco or some known painting place they had a cheep special paint job. it was a good job but when any dirt got on the truck and if u were as careful as possible washing it the paint would scratch off or flake. he had a little brighter red then the factory color. wow, id complain until they fix it.

I would've threatened to sue them, and followed through with said threat if they didn't fix it for ME. Sadly it was done by the previous owner and he settled with having them put the ENTIRE Jeep in a curing oven without fixing the paint that had already bubbled or come off. This is even why the front Jeep decal is missing.

wow. it wouldnt taken long to fix the paint. at my old job it only took me maybe an hour or 2 to lightly sand the truck they had me doing, another hour to taped it all up for the painter to lay down a couple coats, sand and repeat. its time consuming for a big company but its not hard. if i had a jeep idk why but id like to paint bed liner all over it to make it not rust were im at. stupid salty roads. hehe

That's actually been done, but people mostly do it do their new paint job doesn't get scratched up on the trails haha
