I'm not gonna lie, it didn't really turn out how I imagined it would before I bought it, and it starts out well but yeah I agree with you...although I do enjoy the stage battles.
It just seems such a shame that all of that awesome looking open world pretty much went to waste...I thought it'd be an epic long action/adventure with hack and slash elements. Oh well...
