I put a lot of work into the worldbuilding, but it's only useful if it serves the story well.

I like your explanation about ghost behavior. Would work well with rpg/game mechanics

Well, it started as just a setting, but when I started running the Quest, I did have to make a bunch of decisions that let the ghosts be useful for a game

even if the Quest isn't really like, a ghost-adventure-fighting-DnD thing and more just trying to not make really dumb decisions (and sometimes succeeding! (no that is not fair all the players have been really smart))

still, having a framework for it like that works out in the end im sure, especially with combat and evasion, as well as dungeon settings

someone is running a pnp campaign with the setting, but they're using their own rules adapted to fit the tombdog setting

i have ideas on how i would turn the tombdog/4 remnant settings into pnp rules, but right now, I'm just focused on keeping the quest going again

do you have other monsters and enemies in mind?

the setting doesn't really have monster encounters like that
