Valoo and the Hero of Winds
More Wind Waker fanart...because Link, Valoo and Zelda games in general are awesome!
My only complaint about WW is that there's not enough interaction with the dragon Valoo, so I had the idea that maybe Link would go up to the top of Dragon Roost Island and play the Wind Waker for Valoo when he's not too busy adventuring.
In the game Valoo is WAAAY bigger than Link but I didn't think that'd be practical for this. Oh, also had fun trying to recreate the game's art style with textures and junk.
Link and Valoo belong to Nintendo.
Art is mine.

It's so disheartening, the game teases us with a fully rendered Valoo on top of the island everytime you sail near it, yet there's no way to reach him again :'c Very interested to see how he will look in WW HD, but a greedy part of me wants to see him in another Zelda game. We can hope!
Thank you! I prefer cartoony cellshaded art to saturated realistic soft shading so I was more than happy to work on this. I still have another Valoo picture to finish! It's about half inked but definitely on the way c:

AAAHHH YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!
If it makes you feel better I didn't play Zelda until 2005 when our holiday hotel had a demo of WindWaker (I was raised on Sega Megadrive, Gameboy Pocket and PS1 so never really got the chance anyway lol)...but it's become my favourite series and I'd definitely recommend it when you get the chance!
