Profile:

Long before his birth Rugia’s human father, Charles Nelson, married Alacia Quincy, Rugia’s anthro-vixen mother. Before the two had a chance to get their family started, Shatao Kahn the Luquian emperor, came to Charles stating that he wanted to bring a Luquian-Rucan hybrid into existence. However; because the two DNA’s could not exist in the same being, they needed the help of science and the use of human DNA. Shatao Kahn threatened to kill Charles’ wife if he refused to help. Charles agreed to the terms of Shatao Kahn but only as long as he was the one to impregnate his own wife, and raised Rugia himself.
Nineteen years later after Rugia’s birth, his powers had mostly developed and he had married his high school sweet-heart Roxeena Corsona, a Rucan female. Rugia also discovered that the real reason for his existence was to be used as a weapon by Shatao Kahn to conquer Earth. But Rugia refused and defeated Shatao Kahn. Since that day, Rugia has fought for truth and justice.

Rugia possesses enough strength to lift a continent. Along with his strength he can run at speeds of mach ten and fly at speeds of mach fifteen. If he need to travel instantly, he has the ability to teleport to any location. Rugia also has the ability to control elements like fire, water, ice, wind, earth, and his specialty lightning. He also has the unique ability to transform to become stronger as well. Due to his Rucan DNA, Rugia has a very high resistance to pain making it hard to even slow him down. Rugia is impervious to fire, lightning, and icy temperatures. While he may not be impervious to the other elements he still has some resistance to them. Rugia’s body seems to be tougher than steel but its hard to say how tough it is exactly. As a side note Rugia is also emune to all deseases.

Rugia is kind hearted and always willing to do what is right. He always puts the safety of others first when combating a menace. Rugia will also stand up for those who can not stand up for themselves and offers comfort to those who have hard lives and have no one to care for them. Rugia prefers to try to settle things with words rather than violence even though there are times where he has to fight. However; Rugia does display a nasty temper when in raged, manly by the killing of innocents or the cruel abuse of others. But no matter how angry he gets, Rugia will not take the life of another living being unless has no other choice. Aside from that, Rugia is very loving towards his family and friends, especially his wife Roxeena. However; his Daughter in-law, Sheila, will get on his nerves and he will find some way to get back at her for it.
