Who is this mysterious crime fighter who has appeared out of nowhere? No one knows for sure but they do know this:

Many have been left unconscious and wrapped up with what look to be vines. Upon further investigation they see the vines are actually rose stems that must have been pliable but have hardened. White rose petals litter the ground where this unknown soldier of crime has been. Here we have a sketch of him in action. While it's not sure if this is the only weapon he possess, we do know this is the most used one.
