Verrry nice. Coral snake + the rather bright blue eyes and moon thing on her forehead blends rather well with the darker black.

Well, in defense of the commissioner, this isn't an anthro-coral snake. It's a mix of a naga creature (base) with coral snake coloration, with cobra hood and rattler tail. I think she also has hinged fangs which kind of goes against the elapid theme too.

it just bothers me that every other naga i see on here has a hood.

snakes don't keep their hoods out.

but, *shrug* commissioners get what they want (in most cases.)
