So finally we came to the end of this phase of our mad journey across time and space (and Arizona), across two decades of album covers and through some kind of wormhole, plus an elevation change of a few thousand feet. I decided to rest on a wall built by people who disappeared from the area when the very same volcano from earlier erupted 900+ years ago.
The world had not quite come back into focus by then, but I didn't care. It was a hell of a trip, and I never did quite figure out what sort of trans-dimensional hyperbeing this
