Kathris grumbled as he looked around the area. He could not determine which direction the beam had come from, but he found himself changed. At first disoriented, he had fallen several times in an attempt to walk on two legs. Even leaning against a tree did not help. His body was now built for four paws. His hands were gone, no longer suited for fine dexterity. His gun dangled from his belt, useless in his current form. He took a few test steps until walking in this four legged body became somewhat automatic, and sighed. "May as well try and find some help." He stopped atop a sunny rock, and laid down for a moment. "Though perhaps after a short nap." He curled up and looked around the gorgeous natural landscape. Were it not for his clothing and hair, he might blend in as a feral.

Who did this, he wondered to himself.
