Jori shouldn't be too surprised Rossweisse doesn't do well when it comes to working together, after all her impulsive killing of a diplomat and her valkyrie origins generally rate her as one of the island types who forge ahead without much thought to those around them unless they directly impede what she's got her mind set on at the time. Situations of interdependency and mutual cooperation are mostly alien to her at this point.
So while she's endowed with superior physical capabilities as a valkyrie including virtual immortality what abilities if any does Jori have, outside of virtual immortality?

Not much, aside from the language thing mentioned in the notes on the previous page. He is a normal Aesir person. He won't get sick, he can heal faster from an injury than a normal person, and he is stronger than a normal person his size. He can be clever sometimes, and he's good with numbers, but these are learned skills. Rossweisse on the other hand was created for her job. She's very strong and fast. She also has very sharp vision and depth perception (helpful for finding targets or deflecting incoming weapons) but there's a downside to this. Her eyes are different looking than a normal person or even other Aesir, they appear to have solid blue irises with no visible pupils, which will cause some problems for her later because that tends to freak people out. Rossweisse also owes a lot to her Valkyrie gear which she was allowed to keep, while Jori was sent packing with the clothes on his back, and even those he has not managed to hang onto (his current clothing is not Aesir made). Lilla is actually the most "gifted" with her ability to change size, fly, and heal.
Jori has been on Earth/Midgard about 50 years longer than Rossweisse, who has only been here a few weeks at this point. Rossweisse has some experience from occasional missions to Midgard, but with the exception of military activity, Jori knows much more about their new home.

So how exactly does she return to Asgard when her exile's over, or would Jori if he were trying to find a way to get his permanent exile repealed? Do either of them have the ability to dimension travel or is there a physical portal that they can access on Earth?
So as the ages go by and her Valkyrie gear isn't appropriate for more modern warfare is she forced to pack it into a trunk and settle on using lesser quality (in her perspective) mortal equipment?

It hasn't come up in the comic yet, but there is a gateway.
Yes, eventually her armor and sword will be out of place. Even though parts of it would stop a bullet, it will eventually just not be practical. However it will be natural for Rossweisse to take a great interest in new weapons that are developed over the years.

*chuckles and hmmms* Makes me think of a fantasy novel decades ago where a man finds himself along with his brother taken by the Asgardian gods to help them find a way to fight and win Ragnarok, one of which ends up being the central man using modern concepts of war to help improve the odds (like setting Odin up with a rocket launcher and himself with not only a sword fashioned of modern super-metals but some automatic weapons). Was quite the nice novel and Loki got to be a good guy in it.
