A friend took me to the Star Wars convention. My first semi con I guess. I'd much rather go to a fur con but none are close to where I live.

It was Shieva Con or somthing in roanoke Va. They were at the Holiday Inn I think. Its been a year or so an I havent got to go back again. It was a remote version.
