Little Petie seems to have gotten himself entered into a pageant. And not only that, he's taking home a tiara and sash. Not easy to balance one of those things on your head. Poor little thing is trying so hard, he doesn't even notice he's given everyone a view under his dress. Oh how embarrassing!
