This is the ref for Xane (pronounced zayne), colors and all! If you can't tell, his eyes are a bright sky blue. Also, that is not pudge, it's the way he's postured. He's actually rather skinny. Which makes for an odd sight after a feeding. Anyway. Xane is cunning, instinctual, blunt, and most of all, almost always hungry. In the posture as shown, he'd stand about 7 feet tall. His tail is around 25 feet long, making for good coils. To be honest though, his size varies depending on what I feel like drawing/rp-ing that day. So that's his default size, I guess. Xane's favorite pastime is playing with his prey. He likes instilling fear in his victims, enjoying the adrenaline. He has two venom glands.One of his venoms is not fatal, but can temporarily paralyze prey within minutes, and usually lasts about a half hour. The other is extremely poisonous and can kill a full grown elephant in about 60 seconds. He rarely uses it though, instead preferring to coil and constrict. Xane is only friendly when he wants to be, and on VERY rare occasions, will make friends with strangers. He likes being a loner. ONTO ANATOMY! He has an expandable stomach in his human half, and below it, just at the start of the tail, houses a second stomach that is used when his primary has reached full capacity. Like a natural snake in the wild, he eats his prey whole. His rattle is used to warn and to scare. His sense of smell is very acute.
