This here is my fursuit idea, the head hands and tail are really all that need to be made, that and an artifical pair of boobies, yes I said that fox superior I want to see a snicker ^^ show me now 0-0

I would be flabbergasted to see a fursuit like this come to life. <3
for the nose its going to be hard but...i have a idea...might work but will be complicated.
PCV pipe, get something thin. Cut it in half
warm it up so its playable like clay but not liquid. At this stage it can be modified into anything. but make it flat first
then cool...cut the nose shape but a bit bigger *so you can cut away if necessary its easier to subtract than to add material*
then find some way to shape it from there by reheating.
Ears could be done the same way but will be FAR harder *ponders* i could not tell you if you want a metal look.
I would simply find some shiny material and sew it really. Easier and you would be surprised what kind of fabric is out there
