Here we have Captain Kidd from the Felix The Cat Episode "The Goose who laid the golden egg". There is an actual scene where he uses his sword to cut off the top of a barrel that has some liquid in it and he drinks it all down and as he is doing that, his belly is jiggling and bouncing.
