While technically a human, her genes have been bonded with those of a wolf and so I labled her species as such.

Kurika was born as Isabella Kay Misunimiaz. Her father, Sergio Misunimiaz, was a genetic researcher for the opressive Warrior's Guild. He was working on Experiment X, a project to enhance human genes and create superhumans. As the Guild demanded results, he became desperate and eventually went off the deep end, experimenting on his wife and daughter. He also violated and beat Isabella. He created a serum from the genes of wolves and injected it into her bloodstream, but it had been diluted to a point where she did not fully change. Her canines grew into fangs, her eyes became bestial, and her speed and senses were enhanced, enabling her to escape.

She gave up her old name and started to call herself Kurika. She has a quick-tempered personality which hides her underlying kindness. Due to her wolf genes, she has several unusual habits that she seems unaware of. She often sits on all fours, growls at people that annoy her, chews on the remaining bones after eating meat, and kicks her legs as if running while asleep. She's an archer of astounding ability, and can fire three arrows at one time.
