She joined my Hypnotherapy group after many failed attempts at quitting her smoking habit.
It seems she has a negative attitude toward most people which she has also tried to fix.

While I have not seen any real improvement with her behaviour she has told me many times that her sessions with me have helped curb her desire to smoke.

Which I tend not to believe most of the time simply because I can't seem to recall a time she wasn't smoking something or other.
