ugh...i dont know what is with people and BLASTING almost anysort of music in their cars. if you can feel the soundwaves, ITS TOO LOUD! TURN THE SHIT DOWN!!! there should be a law against overly loud music [-_-]

Actually, I believe there is. I know you can get fined for disturbing the peace, and overly loud music falls under that category, if I'm not mistaken. It just requires people to actually call and report it.

Unless I'm mistaken, which is entirely possible.
