Holy crap, a legit male character appears!

Actually, this is just one of my horde of Raichu characters. his hair is white, yes, and you can't see the stripes in this picture. His eyes were wonky when I drew them.

I was having pose trouble, so I found a picture on Google of Tatsuki Arisawa from Bleach for reference, so.. well, it actually didn't end up looking much like the reference at all, which.. for me is disappointing.
