ZAH HAS 'EM.
LOL I'VE ONLY BEEN DRAWING INSANE LOOKING ZAH RECENTLY. Then again, that's pretty much the only way I ever draw her.
DON'T WORRY GUYS, I'm going to make a fairly not-overly-stylized pic soon. Possibly tomorrow. It's actually the second half of my 'Goofy Zah' pic. ;o

PS: If you can't tell, Zah is smiling with her mouth open. The lack of color looked a lot better on paper.. |:

Yeah, she actually looks exactly like a real Lemur, but I tend to draw her stylized a lot. (:
When I make her a real ref you'd be able to tell. I've done enough research and worked with enough of them to know every tiny excruciating little detail and feature. <3
I ENJOY WEARING PANTS.

Well, you probably just aren't used to it, since you never draw natural Lemurs. I can't say I've ever seen you draw a natural Lemur in my life, actually.
The only un-realistic things about her are her blue eyes and of course the purple hair. xD I gave her blue eyes at first just because I wanted her to have some blue on her, since I love the color, but now that her outfit has blue on it I've been considering making her eyes the same as my natural eye color- A kind of orange-brown. Which is a natural eye color for Lemurs, which would make her completely realistic.
Her hair is acceptable because A: She's Anthropomorphic. And B: She can just dye it that color. :B
Otherwise, I draw her body parts a little more thin and such than is natural, but that's just my style. I simplify a lot of things, add lots of fur, and for some reason I have a habit of drawing her thumbs too short.. But, when I draw her in a less-cartoony style she is completely realistic, from her toothcomb to her markings, all the way down to her 2 little grooming claws. When drawing Lemurs of any species, I keep the markings, features, and even their behaviors as realistic as I possibly can. I don't like to mislead or confuse people! :P

Psh, well you should upload them! Or at least scan them and show me. O: I'VE GONE MY WHOLE LIFE THINKING THAT YOU CAN'T DRAW A NATURAL LEMUR.
I just have looked at your FA gallery (Like that other Lemur character dude) and I remember some past pics you've made of non-Zer Lemurs (Like the comparison pic of a 'natural' Lemur head and a Zer head) but I had never seen you draw a natural Lemur. xD

I didn't say that. I was implying that the few times you have drawn a Lemur and claimed that it was a natural Lemur, it was far from it. If you don't want misconceptions like that, then don't put the misleading information out there to confuse people. If you can draw a real Lemur, then when you are drawing a comparison head of Zer and a 'natural' Lemur, then draw a REAL Lemur for the natural example.
I've thought what now with my life? That wasn't an understandable sentence- Perhaps you typoed? No, I'm not very old, but I have spent my entire life so far studying Lemurs, if that's what you were asking?

Well, not from birth- I've like ANIMALS from birth, but I got into Lemurs when I was 5. So, technically no, not my whole live. But the vast majority of my life. 10 Years so far, and I've already decided to devote my remaining years to researching them more. xD
I know that. But, what I mean is that the colors were incorrect and un-natural. The fact that it wasn't realistically rendered and stuff wasn't what I had been referring to. :B
But gasp! That's a great pic! Love how you did the ears- I'm still practicing getting the black shape juuuust right. I tend to simplify it too often, so then if I try to do it realistic I hit a block and have to look up a million refs. xD
It still has some un-realistic bits. Some of it seems like it was probably just stylized, IE the nose and eye shape.. But the teeth and the eye markings are something that you'd have to find some REALLY good refs of, or see a Lemur up-close, to know what they look like, so that's understandable.
HEY LOOK AT THAT, I just gained quite a bit of respect for you! It's cool that you actually went and drew a realistic lemur- Looks like you looked up some ref photos, too! Very nice job! It looks great! :D -Thumbsup-
