Zero: What's going on? Why am I here?
?????: *giggles* You're just as cute and small as your ancestors were...I know all about you.
Zero: You...you do? Tell me where I am...
?????: I have summoned you here so that you might be warned about this new threat...Dark Satan.
Zero: Dark...Satan? Who's Dark Satan?
?????: A notorious terrorist group who has slain almost all of the students in your realm...you are all in great danger.
Zero: Wait...how do you...know all of this...?
?????: Because I was given the knowledge by the one who was the former, in your father's timeline. Never give up...never cast away hope...and live on with pride...that is what I have taught your ancestor, long ago. You carry his blood that flows in your veins...you have the same potential as your ancestors do. The power that you carry within you...you use it for good things.
Zero: Just...how do I take action like my ancestors before me?
?????: Queen Cinda has informed you telepathically about the evil Dark Satan. It is your destiny to harness the power of your ancestors. Yet, you have much to learn.
Zero: I didn't know all about this up until now...but still, why do you tell me all of this?
?????: Yes...right now, your powers lay dormant within you. The shards of Soul Calibur and Soul Edge...let's see if you have the power to awaken them.
(Zero closes his eyes.)
?????: Clear your mind, and feel the power that flows through your veins. Allow its power to manifest, and use it. Now...rise up, and unleash the powers of Soul Calibur and Soul Edge!
(Soon after, Zero nods. He then slowly brings his arms up close to his chest, crossing them. The gauntlets on his forearms glow blue and red, similar to what Algol does with his Stream of Power. After 5 seconds, the images of Soul Calibur and Soul Edge manifest from the gauntlets, and he brings his arms out away from his sides.)
?????: Excellent work, Zero...you seem to know what your ancestors know...but now, it's time for you to return to your world...but be careful, Zero, Dark Satan approaches...
Zero: Wait! You still haven't told me what your name is!
?????: From now on, you will know me as the Mistress of Chronicles. I am recording your history, as we speak...




And...that's how it all came to be. Remember, Zero has the ability to manifest Soul Calibur and Soul Edge from the two gauntlets on his arms. Maybe I should do the same thing for Ethan, Buster, Rex and Nick...these guys could use some learning of their own...don't you think?
