At the Sunshine City Aquarium you can meet Haku there youngest otter. Its fur is lighter than all the others and the trainers carry Haku in a sling bag so we can pet and feel him. ^_^
As for your suit i was so surprised to see an otter! Japan had a species of river otter than just recently in Sept 2012 was determined extinct. I believe it is the Lutra lutra whiteleyi I believe this is correct though when I read the Nihon Times I lose some stuff in translation.
