Uploaded this last night on DA and was so tired I forgot to upload over here.
The other day, I needed a break from learning AS3.0 (actionscript coding) so I doodled this.
I wish I had more stuff to show off, but at the moment I don't. I do have another digital painting that is currently slowly being worked on. But it could be ages till I get around to finishing it or whatever I end up doing... Till then, colored doodles may show up more often.
Like I said, I was doodling and so I didn't bother looking up any references. Also I'm not really against Twilight turning into an alicorn... I do however wish it had been done differently, or had a better build up, not to mention a more plot thick episode. But hey, that's just my opinion on the matter.

As for her not looking much like herself, I agree. The hair highlights getting lost in the lighting doesn't help it much. And like I said, I didn't bother with references. At the time, I was going more for a vague interpretation of how I imagined her essence and thought she may mature as a character later in her life, when she's grown a bit taller. She's also supposed to be older and more Princess Luna-ish in size. Overall, Iwas kind of lazy with the details took several liberties. X)
