The world of Terra is a large world that is home to many creatures. The dominant creatures of Terra are Humans, Furs, and Scales. The Furs are divided into several groups which are are Wolves, Foxes, Bunnies, Tigers, Cheetahs, Lions, Otters, Gazelles, Deers, and Bears. The Scales are divided into a couple of groups which are Lizards and Dragons.
Their civilizations are in an age of magic and steel. Their civilizations are located on the two continents on Terra. Surrounding the continent are dozens of islands. The continent is also home to several kingdoms.
The Humans have two prominent governments. The largest of the two is the Panem Empire, which covers the west continent, which is called Panem. Most of the Panem Nobles and Peasants are racist towards furs and scalies. The ruler of the Panem Empire is Emperor Sig Molt. The Empire has a strong army and navy.
The other Human government is a Kingdom called Calenhad. Calenhad is located along the north-east coast of the eastern continent called Pangea. The Calen Nobles and Peasantry have good relations with the neighboring furry kingdoms. The ruler of Calenhad is King Lukas. The Calen military has a small navy and medium sized army.
The Wolves and Foxes have a kingdom that is located in the frozen environment of the north, and parts of the north-east, the kingdom is called Varicala. The Varicalan Nobles and Peasantry are split into three classes Alpha, Beta, and Omega. The ruler of Varicala is Queen Eve. Do to its location the Varicalan military is more army based.
The Bunny kingdom is located along the eastern coast. The Bunny kingdom is matriarchal societ, the kingdom is called Bucana. Its ruler is a warrior named Tyuule. Similar to the wolf and fox kingdom, Bucana has a strong army but a weak navy.
The Tigers, Lions, and Cheetahs share a kingdom in the south of Pangea, it is called Cathara. The Catharans have strained relations between the Gazelles and Wolves. The ruler of Cathara is King Lionis. The Catharan military is army focused and has a small navy.
The Bears kingdom is located in the center of Pangea, it is called Bacaris. The Bacarins have had previous conflicts with the Wolves and Foxes to the north. Do to being nowhere near the ocean they have an army and no navy.
The Gazelles and Deers share a kingdom that covers the western coast, it is called Lucary. The Lucarians have good relations with the Humans to the north of their kingdom, Their ruler is Queen Cebella. The Cebellan Military is weak do to their peaceful nature.
The Otters kingdom is located in the south west coastline of Pangea. The Otter kingdom is called Coris, The ruler of Coris is Queen Hera. The Corisan military is mainly Navy based.
The Lizards live a nomadic life and travel from one place to another. The lizards come from the eastern islands where their people are divided into tribes. The tribes have various rulers which vote on a leader who is called the Grand Chief.
The Dragons come from the south-eastern mountains. The Dragons rarely leave the mountains but whenever they do it is to sell the objects they forge. The Dragons forge the strongest objects, they don't have dedicated forges since do to their fire-breathing nature they are forges themselves.

(Also I didn't add horses to the anthros since it was the easiest way to keep calvery in the story since it would be kinda hard to make a new creature to be used for mounts)
