wow I have been really bad about this! >_>;
Kind of a hodgepodge journal update. Life stuff and art stuff. And maybe some goals.
How are yall? would love to hear what you're up to~!
Life Updates:
- quit my day job this week!
- pouring all my focus into making it as a full time artist
- doing a lot of cleaning and reorganizing of my spaces
- it's my bday tomorrow! :3 turning 34 feels nice. never thought I'd be here and just feeling grateful.
Art Stuff:
- working on expanding my portfolio / body of work and want to start doing art markets unrelated to also being reptile shows lol
- doing limited commissions (mostly pet ports, which I don't post here so bleh)
- want to start using sketchbooks again. I've fallen out of the habit with being so busy with work and I just need a break and a little refresh and get my creative mindset back in my brain.
- doing mostly trad art lately which feels best to me
2026 (art) Goals:
- be more active on social media including FA
- start a sticker & print club
- launch a discord server
- launch a personal shop website for prints, originals, comms, etc
- find a good work life balance
