I've had this beautiful Labradorite cabochon for years and finally created something with it. This is a pretty big barrette - a little over 7 inches wide. It's 3 layers of leather with a Labradorite cabochon, and painted with acrylics.

I'll be making more of these with the (many) stones I've collected from gem and mineral shows over the years.
