By commissioning toffeepaws you agree to these terms and conditions. Commissioners will always be linked to the newest version of our TOS. Breaking these terms will result in blacklisting, meaning the account may not commission, buy YCHs or place bids on our auctions again. After continuous harassment, anyone can and will be blocked.
Anyone buying any NSFW and/or suggestive piece must be over the age of 18! Underaged people, who got onto the blacklist by breaking this term will not be removed from the list after turning 18.
We only accept payments through PayPal. Payment plans over 100β¬ are allowed. We will start working on the commission once the full price has been paid off. Our prices are always set as β¬/Euro.
You may request a full refund before weβve started working on the piece. Once we have started working on the sketch, you may receive a refund of 60%. You may NOT receive a refund, once lining has started.
We have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Please have a reference sheet at hand when commissioning! We wonβt work with just a description of a character. Tell us about problematic details of the design in advance!
We will NEVER draw feral NSFW OR suggestive content! You WILL immediately be blacklisted as well as blocked if you try to commission us for it.
We will not accept commissions of characters owned by franchises, for example Disney. We can, however, draw your character wearing certain outfits or using powers a fictional character has.
We will periodically update you on the progress of your artwork! You may request more updates, but please do not ask more often than once a week. Always respect our replies.
Commission times can take up to 3 months, depending on complexity. Seasonal commissions are an exception (Christmas, Valentines Day etc.)
We have the right to refund you at any time during the commission out of personal reasons (not requested by the commissioner! ). In this case you will receive a full refund.
We are always allowed to post your commission on any platform we like. We will always credit you in the description.
We will not make edits to the pose, character, etc. after lining has already been done.
You may NOT edit or alter our work after receiving it. This includes removing the watermark.
Do not use our work to profit off of it, even if it has been a commission for you.
We may use your commission as commission example for future customers or any future artbooks.
Reasons for blacklisting/blocking may include, but are not restricted to:
β’ Trying to commission a NSFW and/or suggestive piece while being underaged
β’ Issuing a PayPay chargeback without a reason
β’ Trying to commission NSFW and/or suggestive feral pieces
β’ Removing our watermarks from any commission
β’ Using our work to make profit off of it
β’ Any kind of harassment, hateful speech or offensive behaviour
