Welcome to my ToS (Terms of Service)! This will contain information pertaining to how I run things on this account. If you have any questions feel free to note me! This can't cover every case but I'll try to cover just about everything below. As an artist, I work under very specific conditions and rules. General rules apply- no tracing, no stealing, etc. Don't even try it. Please read the following before seeking a service from me. By agreeing to commission me/trade with me you agree to these following conditions! Thank you! ♡

What I Will Do:
I'll draw just about any animal or made up critter. I'm primarily an animal artist (Anthro, feral, furry, biped, you name it!). I'll draw them regular or chibi. I do head shots, full bodies, and the like. I also do hypos and designs! You can check out my commissions on the Comm tab to see the sorts of things I usually do or am currently offering. Of course, you aren't limited to just these things and I love expanding my horizons. Unsure it's something I can do? Feel free to note me! For more information about those sorts of things, visit my FAQ below!
What I Won't Do
Nothing gross! Nothing overly sexual (somewhat suggestive is fine)! I will not do those sorts of things. Don't ask.

♡[Commission Policy]♡
In order to commission me you must note me. The note should contain the fact it is a commission, a description of what you're seeking, relevant reference links, and your paypal. I need your paypal so that I may send an invoice. Pay first, then I work. Commissions are not first come first serve. I may have muse for one thing over another- so be patient. You are free to inquire about your commission via note- however I keep a To Do list on my page that shows progress on current projects. I have the right to deny any commission. I do commissions in stages. Each stage must be approved by you before I continue. I will send a sketch/rough draft for feedback. Once I get feedback, I'll revise. I'll revise until I get your go ahead to line and color. I'll ask for additional feedback. Once you're happy- it'll be uploaded. I do not stop working till you're happy with the final result! (Stages apply where/when applicable- things such as hypos won't have stages. You may request or opt out of seeing the stages of a commission.)

♡[Request Policy]♡
I only take requests from friends. I will not open my requests to the public, usually. Please do not request. I need to eat too, ya know? Friends wishing to request work can always pester me on my discord. I won't fulfill every request I get and I have the right to deny any request. Want my discord? Note me!

♡[Art Trade Policy]♡
Friends only! I will not take on random art trades, usually. You can check my front page for what I'm taking. I will not work on my half till I've seen a sketch of yours (Where/when applicable, unless I say otherwise). I won't fulfill every art trade request I get and I have the right to deny any art trade request.

♡[Refund Policy]♡
Refunds are acceptable only under extreme circumstances. I will not refund your money because you did not like the "outcome". I work hard- and I will work until you're happy. So this shouldn't happen. I will not refund your money unless it is an emergency. If you're short on rent, a pet is sick, a child is sick, and so on. Big emergencies only. I can only refund your money if the commission is not finished! I can't predict everything- if you feel like your situation is so extreme that you need your money back despite your commission being finished, please note me. We'll figure something out! (Life happens!)

Welcome to my FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)! This will contain information pertaining to questions I often get or imagine could be asked. If your question is not here, please note me! This is for your reference. If a question gets asked a lot, I'll add it onto here for ease of use.

♡[Commercial Use?]♡
If you've commissioned me for a character design or similar item and you're wondering if you can use it commercially- the answer is yes! I only ask that you credit me for my work. I work very hard and I'd appreciate the signal boost. You may not use any of my other work commercially. Unless you paid for it/requested it- it is not yours to use. If you're having something specifically made to be sold- such as a T-shirt design or similar item- please let me know that is what it is for! My prices will be adjusted, accordingly.

♡[Can I Post Your Work on my Account?]♡
If it is work you commissioned or requested- yes. If not, absolutely no. A few rules to follow- do not edit out my signature. Credit me properly!

♡Can I Make Changes?♡
If it is work you commissioned or requested- yes. You're allowed to change whatever you purchase from me as much as you like- even completely. (Though if you do it completely, then- why even commission me?) I just asked that I am credited still.

♡Can I Sell..?♡
If it is work you commissioned or requested- yes. If not, absolutely no. You can only sell work you have received from me. Once you buy it- it's yours. You can do basically whatever you want with it. I just ask that I am still credited and that it is not sold for more than you purchased it. (You can add to the original cost if the item comes with some sort of additional art or etc. Within Reason.) The new owner MUST credit me!

If there is something I do not have listed you'd like from me, note me! I'm always willing to try new things- but nothing I've already outlined as something I won't draw. Not happening. Happy to explore new horizons, you know? Understand I can totally say no- some things I might just not be able to draw or comfortable with.

♡About Your Prices...?♡
My commission tab on my profile displays my most accurate prices but understand those are generally BASE RANGE PRICES. This means the price can go up, stay the same, or even go down based on factors. Generally speaking, the more complex it is- the more it is going to cost. I'm also willing to haggle. Want to barter and offer art on top of cash? I'm all ears! You are free to also note me for a cost estimate if you'd like!

♡[What's a Custom Design (Lineart Base)?]♡
A custom design is a design of any kind on pre-made lineart (my own lineart and bases). You may ask for anything and you're encouraged to include a palette or palettes if you have an idea! Generally, these are sold in batches of 3.

Unlike the other custom design, these are not on pre-made lineart. These are drawn from scratch! I love doing cats/canines but I'm open to anything.

♡[What's a Character Reference? (Simple)]♡
A reference for a character. The complexity of the character factors into cost. This will be on a simple background with a palette. Only one view- a front view, is included. Typically these are done based off of prior reference or a very thorough description!

♡[What Are Hypos?]♡
Hypo is short for hypothetical. These are typically the hypothetical offspring between a pair. They can be any species- and they'll be done on a base of my own making. These are only sold in sets of 3 so if you want more than 3 the next denomination is 6- so on and so forth.

♡[What's a Chibi Humanoid?]♡
Chibi is short for Chibiru (Which means, "to wear out something and become shorter"). Basically, you take any regular thing and make it smaller and cuter. I'm sure you already knew that though. Humanoid basically specifies anything that is human-like. This includes anthros, furries, mixes there of, and bipedal animals.

♡[What's Considered a Head Shot?]♡
A head shot is the drawing of just the head of your character. Most people include the neck/shoulders but that is technically a bust. These make for nice page decor and the expression is your choice, of course!

♡[What's a Full Body?]♡
A full body is the full body of a character. If you have a pose in mind, please let me know! More dynamic the pose, the more I might charge, however. I typically do one character at a time but I can include more (Cost going up, of course).
