News about my account! (G)
Warning: My account may be blocked (the reason will be the biased attitude of some
Fur Affinity Staff members, not a rule violation).
Today, the Fur Affinity Staff administration removed a couple of pieces of art from me and my client with a warning (under the "2.7 Baby, Juvenile, and Non-Adult Appearing Characters" rule). According to community guidelines, I can't display deleted works, but the character is here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/59424687/ . How they saw signs of "Non-Adult Appearing Characters" in relation to Mirai Toshiro is unknown; they certainly don't provide objective data. Interestingly, in pieces where I question the perceived age of a character, I create tickets so that the administration can officially approve the art for FA. And my piece was approved under ticket 286304. Overall, even an official request via ticket won't save my art from being deleted. Furaffinity has become notorious in our community for blocking artists for dubious reasons.
Regarding 2.7, I understand that questionable characters need to be submitted for review and so on (I do this via tickets). But the site has long had NSFW art featuring riolu (Please note: the following is a NSFW art search; only users over 18 with NSFW mode enabled can view it) (The active link to the FA search is here.) and other Pokémon children. And surprisingly, the art has been there for over 5 years!
Overall, I'd appreciate it if you followed the links in my profile, as
Fur Affinity Staff is starting to do some strange things again, and judging by my community's history of interactions with them, I'm sure it's either due to personal animosity from some members of the administration or other signs that violate the FA community rules.
UPD: The reason for the blocking was my aggressive policy on inkbunny. In an attempt to provide more examples, my manager added a couple of works to the folder that were not related to the type of work presented, and also used incorrect tags.
Thank you for following me and my work. I hope I can continue working on furaffinity, as it's a platform that has given us many opportunities, given us creative freedom, and overall, helps us be who we want to be.
