I don't usually write journals, but you know how the end of the year is, kind of makes you look back, think and reflect on what the year meant to you
And this time, I really felt like writing something, both for myself and for you guys ^^

For me, I'd say this was a good year, not amazing, nor perfect but definitely a positive one, I had several achievements, both work related and personal...

This year I think work ended up taking more time and energy than I would've liked!! so that's something I want to balance better this new year

I learned a lot this year, I went back to my english classes, something I had put off for a long time, and I feel really good about that, I also prepared for and joined a lil cybersecurity competition, since it was my first time, I think I didn’t do too bad hehehe, It was a really fun experience, full of challenges and intelligent ppl

This year I also got the chance to meet and hang out with some new great ppl irl and honestly, this was probably one of the most social years I've had in a long time hahaha, I feel like that social side of me grew a bit, but I still have a long way to go though, my social battery runs out pretty fast and I still enjoy doing most things on my own, and don't get me wrong, I'm perfectly fine with that, I enjoy my own company and solitude, but it's something I'd like to change just a lil bit ^^

On top of that, I finished several projects to improve the place where I live, tried new recipes in the kitchen and completed small goals that might seem simple, but honestly felt really worth it to me

Of course, not everything was perfect, for some reason, this year felt a bit "harder" than the last one
I regret not doing some things, those goals we promise ourselves we'll achieve and end up leaving unfinished, or not doing at all...
I also wish I had traveled more, visited new places, and improved some personal relationships that felt a bit "stuck", these are things I really want to work on, cuz in the end, connections with others matter a lot!!

But putting all that aside, I think the most important thing is to be thankful for one more year, for the experiences, the lessons, and the ppl we met along the way...

I want to wish all the wonderful ppl in this amazing fandom a very happy and awesome New Year!! Especially the friends I've made thanks to it, you know who you are!!

And of course, also a big thank you to the amazing artists who helped bring some of my ideas to life x3

I know for some people this is just another day but even so, I truly wish you health, peace, personal growth and that you can achieve all your goals, surrounded by the people you love, family, partners, friends, and even those lovely pets that are always there for us 💙
