Meowdy y'all!

I'd been struggling for over a year with writing 'Regaining Her Rift.' A mix of too many good games being out, exhaustion from work (I have a bad problem with putting in too much work), and a lack of motivation and energy. I was even discussing with Sithy the idea of just ending lewds then and there, but he convinced me to give it some time. A week later, I get the writing bug back, and not only did I finish 'Regaining Her Rift' (It is now my longest one-shot at over 8k words!), but I now have a plan and timeline for future projects! Below is a list of my plans, and at the bottom, a snippet of the new story!

Regaining Her Rift
Writing has finally wrapped up on 'Regaining Her Rift.' The lewd takes place a year after the events of Book III: Downfall, and focuses on the trauma Rift is left facing with the help of his mates. It is very plot-heavy, but also lewdly messy. The story has wrapped up writing, with editing still to go, along with waiting on an upcoming art piece for the thumbnail!

The Long-Awaited Promise
Ta-dah! After years of back and forth thinking, the long-teased Cynder X Rift is happening! This pairing was meant to be a direct follow-up for Monochrome Dominion years ago, but i ran into a lot of mental and emotional issues at the time. With my timeline now decided, it was only right to pair the almost-siblings! This will be my next story, and will scratch plenty of itches. This is only text, so just imagine Rift is winking.

With this announcement, the Canonical Timeline has been updated!

Cream Cheese Chronicles
Cream Cheese Chronicles is still happening! It will resume work upon completion of 'The Long-Awaited Promise.' With 'Cream Cheese Chronicles,' this will be my final lewd writing project. Honestly, the exhaustion of writing lewds has been eating at me for a very long time. That being said, CCC feels like the best way to go out.

Book IV: Extinction
I've been playing out Rift's final outing in my head for years. Once, the above projects have wrapped up, my focus will be purely on this.

Regaining Her Rift Teaser!

“What the hell happened here?” Whispa gasped in unease as she landed next to the lake her mates called home. The ground was torn to shreds, as if a heated battle took place. “Ancestors, please let them be okay.”

Toward the cave, trails of dried blood stained the dirt. Her own chilled at the amount. This… She cautiously stepped inside, her heart rate rising with every step.

“Oh God…” She stumbled back in heartbreak. The den was completely covered in blood. Items were scattered everywhere. But what shook her to the core; a set of shattered goggles.

She couldn't look anymore. Sprinting out of the cave, she shoved her face into the cold lake, attempting to wake up from this nightmare. With a gasp, she pulled her head back. Her paw reached down, grabbing her tail for comfort.

“This can't be happening, not to me…” She looked at the lake, her reflection staring back. “Not to them…”

“Well I'll be, I didn't know you could read minds!”

She spun around, mouth agape. A pair of goggles sat atop a head of black scales.

“S-Sithy?”

“You alright? You look like you've seen-” He was pulled down into a tight hug. A protest was about to escape his lips before her whimpers brought him to worry.

“I thought you were gone.” She gave him a gentle kiss, wiping tears from her eyes. “It looks like a blood bath.”

The electric drake took a deep breath. He hadn't been to the lake since it happened, and he was too hurt to take in the severity of it at the time. He gulped. “We really got lucky with that…”

“Your shoulder, what happened?” The dragoness questioned, noting the large scar that exposed his flesh. “Tell me what happened. Why did you all ghost me for nearly a year? And why did I have to look for you?” She held up her tail, silver ring sitting at the base. “Doesn't this mean something to you?”

“Whispa!” Sithris grabbed her shoulders, eyes locked to hers. “Rift and Kara are the last Guardians. Warfang was almost completely destroyed. You were pregnant, we couldn't risk you getting caught in all the crossfire!” He sighed, letting her go. “And I'm helpless to stop our husband from dying of unnecessary guilt.”

The frost dragoness felt a stab in her heart. Her Rift in trouble? “Take me to him, please.” Sithris merely gave her a tight hug.

“I'll take you to Dragon's Claw. That's where we've been staying. I'll fill you in on Queen Shara too.”

Whispa nodded, taking flight beside her black-scaled mate. “The name sounds cagey as hell.”

“Trust me…” Sithris thought back to the turquoise and pink ruler. “You have no idea.”
