sorry to anyone that noticed it for disappearing, but my mind has been all over the place lately, and I'm trying to do what i can to keep me sane until hopefully i can get some proper help and feel better. most social media i had was getting to be more harm with stress and fear, mostly about current affairs in the US, than anything else anymore. please feel free to DM me on Discord at the same name if you want to. (i kinda need it tbh, even if i may not respond right away) lack of actual communication pushes my mind further down in a hole, reinforcing the idea that none is interested to talk/hang out with me, and i have had trouble trying to work on that in my end. I don't feel like i will really be able to open up to anyone and let down my mental barrier around anyone until i can manage to get some Neurodivergent therapy and support, at least in any form of groups or gatherings.
maybe even get an actual diagnosis to validate what I'm dealing with, without risking losing my disability.

IDK what else to do anymore.
