Attitude/Aggression/Bullying will not be tolerated. Failure to abide by this ToS will result in an early cancelation of a commission and a future blacklist.

Since I occasionally draw NSFW work I will not be accepting commissions from anyone under the age of 18, nor will I be making deals where an adult is paying on behalf of a minor. Photo ID will be required when requesting a commission.
Commissions are based on my interests/complexity of a commission.

A. COMMISSION INFORMATION
It is YOUR responsibility to provide me with all relevant information and accurate reference sheet of your character(s)
The character(s) for said commission have to be your own, or have permission to use, you will be blacklisted, blocked, and the artwork will be repurposed if character(s) do not follow these guidelines.
B. WORK IN PROGRESS/UPDATES
You will be given work in progress/updates. It is your responsibility to look over what I send you and request corrections if necessary. I am not responsible for any mistakes overlooked once you approve. Once a commission is completed and sent to you, there may be a fee depending on how major/minor the edit is
Example: “Character is suppose to have a nose ring” ←- no fee
“Character(s) stripes ---> multicolor/have a galaxy effect” ←- $6 fee
C. RIGHTS TO THE ART
All rights of the artwork itself belong to me, meaning you cannot claim yourself as the artist or reproduce the art for sale/commercial use. This may change over time but only when I state so.
You do not have permission to trace my art, but you can use it as a study tool
D. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available if the piece has not been started, if work has been started a fee will be deducted based on how much progress has been started
***If you are having financial issues where you can no longer pay for the last portion of the commission let me know ASAP. We can negotiate a payment plan or a cheaper commission option. Example: If you paid half of a full body color Commission, and cannot provide the last payment, we could downgrade the piece to a lineart commission, so you can still have something.
Refunds are not possible once the piece is completed, you will be blocked and blacklisted if you attempt a chargeback.
I am entitled to refuse or cancel a commission. I will refuse a commission if it relates to Domestic Abuse, Suicide, CP, Bullying Cartoonishly Obese/Under weight Characters.

Cancelation includes(but is not limited to): Poor communication response time (If you fail to respond to an update/approval phase of a commission within a week, your commission will be canceled and you will receive what work has been completed.
