Firstly, Moose's name is Moose, but she is not a moose
Second, Moose is an agendered thing of unspeakable horrors that goes by "she" for unknown reasons
Third, Moose likes panties - the cuter and frillier the better - and isn't adverse to passing out panties that she got from an unknown source (don't worry though, they're clean. She always washes them a LOT before giving them out)
